Tent Installer / Driver

We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Tent Installer / Driver to join our team. This position involves delivering, installing, and breaking down tents and event equipment across various locations. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, safety-conscious, and able to work flexible hours including nights and weekends.

About the Position

  • Safely load, transport, and unload tents and event equipment to client sites

  • Set up and take down tents, staging, lighting, flooring, and other rental items

  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment on job sites and in vehicles

  • Operate company vehicles in a safe and professional manner

  • Communicate effectively with team members and clients to ensure top-tier service

  • Perform basic maintenance and checks on equipment and vehicles

Key Responsibilities

  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record

  • Able to work nights, weekends, and occasional long shifts

  • Strong work ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

  • Able to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor outdoors in various weather conditions

  • Previous experience in tent installation, construction, or event rentals is a plus (but not required)
